We do events at many locations including: winery, craft beer locations, historic venues just to mention a few.
Let Capt. Rob’s Pigalicious Barbecue Events make your event extra special with some award winning south in your mouth smoked meats and southern comfort sides. We show up early and start from scratch with the cooking process. We stay until the end of the event to make sure everything goes according to plan and everyone is happy.
Venue Requirements for truck/trailer
Our cooking unit has the footprint of a semi. 45' long by 11.5 feet tall.
- Is the tree canopy cleared off access road to allow us on property without damage to unit?
- Are fence gates at least 10' opening?
- Is there a garden hose connection within 200'?
- Our generator is loud. Can we use venue outdoor plug to run lights, fridge, hot water heater if caterer kitchen is not provided? If not, we will not run generator during ceremony.
- Does venue have onsite dumpster? We do not carry trash offsite.

Here is an idea…. you want to have some type of event or party but you do not want to get stuck paying the food/services bill, (no you are not being cheap). Hire Pigalicious to do the food event. Guests can pick what they want to eat from a limited menu at a price they want to pay. You can put some of that money you did not spend on food towards making the event unforgettable.
